lovely stay!
friendly staff well equipped room clean bathroom
i thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. smiling is very infectious, and the staff are very good at it! they all. our cosy room was well equipped and very comfortable! the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and all amenities functioned perfectly.
there was nothing excellent about staying at this hotel, except for one. our 'executive room', drab, dark, and small, was nothing like the hotel website's photos.

The fitness center was quite nice, and it had modern equipment. I did appreciate this. the honor bar seemed like a great touch, but i needed to go to the restaurant to get my drinks. it was still okay.

The room was very comfy and tidy. I appreciated that very much! the bed was very comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated with a lot of stylish furniture. It was a bit small, though!

This hotel's location is very convenient. That's true! there are many interesting places within a walking distance, and i found a nice church on the brompton road by chance. it is well worth a visit.

Breakfasts were delicious and served with a genuine smile, which always makes food taste better! there was a wide variety of options, and the staff were very attentive. I liked the pastries. the fruit salad was fresh!

inconsistent service, mattress issues
soft mattress slow staff
the location was convenient and accessible to attractions.
the mattress in my room was HORRIBLE it was way too soft. i sank right into it. This made it difficult to sleep and caused back pain! also, the staff was slow during breakfast. i had to leave before eating even though i had already paid. what a waste.

strong smell disturbing smell
The location is convenient for visiting museums and traveling around the area.
The room had a VERY strong smell of damp. I left the windows open for hours. This did NOT eliminate the smell. UNFORTUNATELY, it was quite disturbing.

i appreciated the hotel's convenient location near several restaurants. the staff was friendly and informative, a major plus. the hotel restaurant was clean , and the food tasted good with nice presentation. i felt safe .
the wooden floor made cracking sounds frequently. this, along with the sounds of the elevator , disturbed my sleep at night.

The hotel is close to several museums. there are really nice restaurants and coffee shops located nearby. south kensington station is only minutes away from the front door. This provides convenient access to many amenities.

slow breakfast service missed breakfast
the hotel is well-located near the south kensington museums. restaurants and coffee shops are easily accessible.
the breakfast service was slow. the staff did not manage to get our breakfast ready and we had to leave without eating, though we had already paid for it (i was very disappointed). this was definitely not what i would have expected.
