the location was convenient and accessible to attractions.
the mattress in my room was HORRIBLE it was way too soft. i sank right into it. This made it difficult to sleep and caused back pain! also, the staff was slow during breakfast. i had to leave before eating even though i had already paid. what a waste.

The location is convenient for visiting museums and traveling around the area.
The room had a VERY strong smell of damp. I left the windows open for hours. This did NOT eliminate the smell. UNFORTUNATELY, it was quite disturbing.

i appreciated the hotel's convenient location near several restaurants. the staff was friendly and informative, a major plus. the hotel restaurant was clean , and the food tasted good with nice presentation. i felt safe .
the wooden floor made cracking sounds frequently.

The hotel is close to several museums. there are really nice restaurants and coffee shops located nearby. south kensington station is only minutes away from the front door. This provides convenient access to many amenities.

the hotel is well-located near the south kensington museums. restaurants and coffee shops are easily accessible.
the breakfast service was slow. the staff did not manage to get our breakfast ready and we had to leave without eating, though we had already paid for it (i was very disappointed). this was definitely not what i would have expected.
